2. Non-Returnable Items

- Intimate wear, lingerie, or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

- Shipping the Item: Securely pack the item and send it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Exchange Policy

6. Late or Missing Refunds
